Sina Menashehoff, D.O.
Sina Menashehoff, D.O. is a non-operative spine and joint specialist who focuses on minimally invasive treatment to prevent surgeries ,specifically for neck and low back pain. He stresses patient education regarding their diagnosis, exercise therapy, medications, and focuses on non-opiate treatment. This includes fluoroscopic guided injections to target pain generators and precisely deliver therapies such as epidural-steroid injections, diagnostic and therapeutic facet injections, spinal stimulator trials, kyphoplasties, trigger point and Botox injections. Dr. Menashehoff is a dual board certified in PM&R (physical medicine and rehabilitation) and interventional pain medicine. He completed his doctorate at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He graduated his PM&R residency in Stony Brook University Hospital in New York and continued his training with an accredited pain medicine fellowship through NOVA Southeastern Consortium.
