Morey J. Kolber, PT, PhD, OCS, Cert. MDT, CSCS*D

~ Director of Physical and Occupational Therapy


Morey has been a practicing physical therapist in the Boca Raton area since 1996. He earned his physical therapy degree (MSPT) from the University of Miami in 1995 and a Ph.D. in physical therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 2006. He currently holds a board certification in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy (OCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and serves on the American Physical Therapy Associations committee of content experts for the orthopaedic board certification examination. He held past appointments as the orthopaedic content expert for the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) and has served on the NPTE practice analysis committee. He is credentialed in the McKenzie Method (Cert MDT) and has earned the certified strength and conditioning specialist designation with distinction (CSCS*D) credentialing through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In addition to his clinical practice at Boca Raton Orthopaedic Group, he holds a faculty appointment at the rank of Professor at Nova Southeastern University where he teaches courses in orthopaedic physical therapy. Additionally, he serves as the Associate Editor in Chief of Strength and Conditioning journal, North American editor of Physical Therapy Reviews journal, Associate editor for Physiotherapy Theory and Practice journal, and has well over 150 peer-reviewed publications and research presentations on orthopaedic disorders. Morey is a co-editor and author of the textbook Orthopedic Management of the Hip and Pelvis and was the recipient of the National Strength and Conditioning Associations Sports Medicine Professional of the year award in 2014. Morey is an active member of the American Therapy Association, National Strength and Conditioning Association, and McKenzie Institute USA. Morey has been with Boca Raton Orthopaedic Group since 2010 and has worked with several of our physicians since 1996.

Kristina Martin, MPT, OCS, Cert. MDT, CLWT

~ Physical Therapist


Kristina received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science with Honors in 2000, and completed a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2001, both from the University of Florida. Kristina is a south Florida native and has been a part of the physical therapy team at Boca Raton Orthopaedic Group since 2003. During that time Kristina has become Board Certified in Orthopaedics (OCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, credentialed in the McKenzie Method (Cert MDT), and a certified lymphedema therapist (CLWT) through the International Lymphedema and Wound Care Training Institute. Additionally, Kristina is serving an appointment on the Specialization Academy of Content Experts for the orthopaedic board certification examination. Kristina serves as an active reviewer for several peer reviewed journals. Kristina is active in the education of the next generation of physical therapists as a clinical instructor for students in entry-level doctoral physical therapy programs and is adjunct faculty at Nova Southeastern University. She is also currently pursuing a transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Nova Southeastern University. Kristina serves as our site coordinator of graduate student clinical education.

Cameron Gordon, MPT, OCS

~ Physical Therapist


Cameron received his Bachelor of Physical Education degree with a Minor in Kinesiology from Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario in 2002. Cameron graduated from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY in 2006 with a Masters of Physical Therapy degree. Cameron is currently enrolled at Nova Southeastern University pursuing a transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. Cameron has spent his career as a Physical Therapist working in an outpatient orthopedic setting since 2006. He has been part of our physical therapy team since 2009. In 2014, Cameron became Board Certified in Orthopaedics (OCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Areas of clinical interest include running analysis and functional movement analysis. Cameron is active in mentoring students in a local undergraduate program as well as acting as a clinical instructor for physical therapy doctorate students. Cameron serves as our site coordinator of undergraduate clinical education.

Nicholas Smith, DPT, CSCS

~ Physical Therapist


Nicholas Smith graduated with honors from Nova Southeastern University in 2016 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT). Upon graduating he was named the student of the year for the College of Healthcare Science and was awarded the Chancellor’s Award, given to the student who best exemplifies the characteristics of a fine physical therapist. Nicholas is skilled in the assessment and treatment of various musculoskeletal pathologies and is studying to take his orthopaedic board certification specialist examination. Nicholas is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Nicholas is a Florida native and is fluent in Spanish.

Kristin Helsher Ercoliani, OTR/L, CHT

~ Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist


Kristin Helsher Ercoliani completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy with honors from Quinnipiac University in 1991. Additionally, she has a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine which she completed in 1987. Kristin specializes in working with hand and upper extremity patients and received her Hand Therapy Certification (CHT) in 1996. She has been an employee at Boca Raton Orthopedic Group since 2004, and has lived in Florida since 1999. Kristin has worked as an adjunct instructor at Quinnipiac College teaching hand splinting, has lectured at American Occupational Therapy Association conferences on splinting of the hand, and has co-authored an article on Dupuytren’s disease. Kristin currently serves as our clinical instructor for occupational therapy & occupational therapy assistant students and is an active member of the American Society of Hand Therapists.

Jasmin Kadribasic, PTA, CKTP, FMSC

~ Physical Therapist Assistant


Jasmin is a 2008 graduate of the Physical Therapist Assistant program at South University. Jasmin joined Boca Raton Orthopaedic Group in 2009 after completing his clinical internship at our facility. Jasmin is an integral part of the therapy team, working closely with the physical therapists to provide exceptional treatment towards patients’ goals. Jasmin has received advanced training in the McKenzie Method and has achieved certification in Kinesiotaping (CKTP). He is a guest lecturer on Kinesiotaping at South University and he works as a clinical instructor for physical therapy assistant students from multiple universities. Jasmin also holds the Functional Movement Systems Level 1 certification (FMSC).

Katie Rodriguez DPT, ATC

~ Physical Therapist


Katie received her Bachelors of Science degree in Athletic Training in 2009, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree (DPT) in 2012, both from Nova Southeastern University. In 2010, she became a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) through the Board of Certification. She has over five years of experience treating the outpatient orthopedic population in South Florida, and joined the Boca Raton Orthopaedic Group team in 2016.
