Cameron Gordon, PT, DPT, OCS

~ Clinic Director, Physical Therapist

Cameron received his Bachelor of Physical Education degree with a Minor in Kinesiology from Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario in 2002. Cameron then graduated from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY in 2006 with a Masters of Physical Therapy degree. In 2019 Cameron received his transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Nova Southeastern University. Cameron holds an adjunct role with Nova Southeastern University physical therapy graduate program. Cameron has spent his career as a Physical Therapist working in an outpatient orthopedic setting since 2006. He has been part of our physical therapy team since 2009. In 2014, Cameron became Board Certified in Orthopaedics (OCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Areas of clinical interest include running analysis and functional movement analysis.

Cameron is active in mentoring students in a local undergraduate program as well as acting as a clinical instructor for physical therapy doctorate students. Cameron also serves as coordinator of undergraduate clinical education.

Jasmin Kadribasic, PTA, CKTP, FMSC, STMT-C

~ Physical Therapist Assistant

Jasmin is a 2008 graduate of the Physical Therapist Assistant program at South University. Jasmin joined Boca Raton Orthopaedic Group in 2009 after completing his clinical internship at our facility. Jasmin is an integral part of the therapy team, working closely with the physical therapists to provide exceptional treatment towards patients’ goals. Jasmin has received advanced training in the McKenzie Method and has achieved certification in Kinesiotaping (CKTP). He is a guest lecturer on Kinesiotaping at South University and he works as a clinical instructor for physical therapy assistant students from multiple universities. Jasmin also holds the Functional Movement Systems Level 1 certification (FMSC). Jasmin has also received certification in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM).

Franchesca Ferrer, PT, DPT

~ Physical Therapist

Franchesca received her bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University in Exercise Science and Health Promotion in 2017. In 2021, Franchesca graduated with Honors from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. In 2017, Franchesca began her employment at Boca Raton Orthopedic Group as a receptionist until she began graduate school. After graduating in 2021, Franchesca has returned to Boca Raton Orthopedic Group as a licensed physical therapist. In her free time, Franchesca enjoys watching the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, spending time with family, and playing with her dog.

Michael Hall, PTA, CSCS, CPT

~ Physical Therapist Assistant

Michael is a 2020 graduate of the Physical Therapist Assistance program at Keiser University. Michael joined Boca Raton Orthopedic Group’s Physical Therapy team in 2021 after completing his clinical internship with us. Additionally, Michael received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Mississippi College in 2019 where he also played football for the university during his 4-year tenure. Michael is a South Florida native where he was born and raised in Boynton Beach and attended American Heritage School Boca/Delray for High school. Currently and prior to joining us Michael has coached football and lacrosse at local High schools for several years helping develop athletes to play at the collegiate level. Michael continues working with athletes and other individuals in the community in his spare time as he is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports

Medicine (NASM-CPT), earning that certification in 2019. Michael also serves as a Clinical Instructor in our clinic working with Physical Therapist Assistant students from several programs in south Florida. Michael also holds an advanced certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Kristin Helsher Ercoliani, OTR/L, CHT

~ Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist

Kristin Helsher Ercoliani completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy with honors from Quinnipiac University in 1991. Additionally, she has a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine which she completed in 1987. Kristin specializes in working with hand and upper extremity patients and received her Hand Therapy Certification (CHT) in 1996. She has been an employee at Boca Raton Orthopedic Group since 2004, and has lived in Florida since 1999. Kristin has worked as an adjunct instructor at Quinnipiac College teaching hand splinting, has lectured at American Occupational Therapy Association conferences on splinting of the hand, and has co-authored an article on Dupuytren’s disease. Kristin currently serves as our clinical instructor for occupational therapy & occupational therapy assistant students and is an active member of the American Society of Hand Therapists.
